Marble Troubles
The high-end marble floor in our client’s Windsor, Ontario casino had lost its elegant appearance due to heavy use and improper cleaning methods. Traffic patterns, fine scratches, and embedded dirt and grime on this floor detracted from the ritzy vibe of this upscale casino.
Marble Honed, Polished, and Sealed!
First, we prepared the work area by masking and protecting the walls and surrounding floors extremely well, as we do with every job. We honed the marble to remove a fine upper layer of stone — virtually erasing scratches, scrubbing away embedded dirt, and removing all the damage. Then, we polished the marble to give it the stunning finish you see in these images and applied a penetrating sealer to inhibit staining.
